The service

SmartEnneagram offers a free personality assessment (the Snapshot) and a paid written analysis (the Professional Report). Both are educational. They are not medical, psychological or employment advice.

Purchases and refunds

The Professional Report is a one-time purchase, sold through a merchant of record that handles payment, tax and receipts. If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 30 days at support@smartenneagram.com. No questions asked.

Sources and quotations

Result pages and reports quote briefly from published books on the Enneagram, always with attribution to author, work and page where known. Quotations are used for commentary and criticism. Copyright in the quoted works remains with their authors and publishers; we encourage you to buy them.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the question bank, the citation library or the reports. Do not use the service to make decisions about other people without their consent.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, SmartEnneagram is not liable for decisions made on the basis of a result or report.
