What we collect

Your answers to the test and the result computed from them are stored in your browser on the device you used. If you choose to give us an email address, we store it with your result token so we can send you the link to your result and, if you buy the Professional Report, the report itself.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your answers to train models. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in. We do not require an account to see a free result.

Payments

Payments are processed by a merchant of record. We never see your full card number. The merchant of record handles receipts, tax and refunds under its own privacy policy.

Analytics

We measure page views and test completion with privacy-respecting analytics and, where enabled, Google Analytics. You can block these with a standard content blocker; the test works without them.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any data tied to your email at support@smartenneagram.com. Residents of the EU, UK, California and other jurisdictions with data rights can exercise them through the same address. We answer within 30 days.

SmartEnneagram is an educational personality assessment. It is not medical advice, therapy, or a diagnosis, and it should not be used to make employment or clinical decisions.
